It looks a little complex on first glance, but I think it's like the complexity in Scrivener's compile. You don't have to use every feature, they are just there if needed. There's now a spreadsheet mode, which is what I really liked in Timeline Maker Pro. The Relationship view is like the grid view in Aeon 2. You can drag events into mind maps, as many as you want. The Narrative view is a little like a corkboard. Subway view is like swimlanes. The Outline is related to the spreadsheet view, but in Narrative order as opposed to chronological order. And there's the obligatory timeline view, too, and you can display as many screen splits as you can stand. I think it's cool. I'm just getting started with it, but I'm intrigued. First glance, complex. The next day, it's starting to look simple. I like that I can build a timeline and populate a mind map with the same entities as the timeline. Make a change in the mind map, see it in the timeline.
