Finding a name for my novel

Discussion in 'Plot Development' started by roguemaster1224, Jun 17, 2012.

I am only starting to write my novel but i would really like to start off with a title for it even though i know i probably will change it. im just asking for a few ideas so here is the blurb:-

Charlotte was always in the shadow of her older sisters. It wasn't any better when she was left with them after her mum passed away and her dad leaving for LA. Now Charlotte's been given the chance to be in the spotlight...with her sisters. Will Charlotte take the chance or will she suffer in the shadows once again?

I would also like some feedback on the storyline if possible thanks:D:D:D

Nobody can find a title for you as this is part of the creative process the writer has to go through.

What you have is more of a premise than a storyline. It could be awesome, but it really boils down to how you buildup the characters and the events in your novels.

So strictly speaking, I really should leave the title till last anyway?

Yes, if you need to. The title is really unimportant when it comes to actually writing the novel~ And besides, when you write it, you'll probably find a title along the way, so don't worry about it now :)

Yes. If you need something to keep track of it by, choose anything as a working title, with the understanding you will undoubtedly change it later.

just call it Charlotte and start writing, you have a lot to do before thinking of a title.
