Reading it closely, I think only god the father (Jesus' dad) is qualified for the position as advertised.
I like it how this person spells the word "Official". *rolls his eyes* But I agree, moose: this post has more red flags than a May Day parade.
How can a person be able to write a novel or movie/anime script when he is not even able to manage the petty task of building a fictional world. It's just not a good sign. People who can't walk won't run.
I'm going to actually accept Moose's challenges for the help of younger writers in spoting these scams. 1. Unsolicited. We did not reach out to this Lioamb Inc requesting to join the project. They approached this board. 2. No online presence. Google the company name or the game they're trying to develop, and you won't find anything about either. 3. Already offering a fixed payment. Payment should be negotiable, especially for freelance work. Especially when we don't know anything about the scope of the project. 4. Poor spelling and grammar. This isn't just unprofessional, it's also an indication of a potential issue. 5. No signature. There's no one putting his or her name to this post. None of these are a smoking gun for fraud, but they are indication of someone who is inexperienced. Probably an individual with a hope and dream.
Thirdly they are on Amazon representing the content as their own Fourthly payments are only on freelancer.com which is unusual for a contract not arranged via freelancer.com fifth although they claim to be in Singapore the url is for the British east Indian Ocean territory. further to all that when I looked into their account history I found them posting shill links to bitcoin mills on their signature Eta sixth $200 for 30,000 words relinquishing all copyright is ludicrously low
the whole shilling g for bitcoin mills on the other hand suggests that the dream is to get paid for spam
As soon as I read the words "get paid for spam", I had an idea. (I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist writing this. I hope you like it too!) The Spam Song (to the tune of "All You Need Is Love" by the Beatles) Verse 1: All the writing forums I will spam; Egocentric con is what I am. Nothing that's too low for me but I still want your cash -- It's easy! Verse 2: Shame's a thing of which I've never heard; To me, it's a five-letter word. I will spam the internet until I've had my fill -- you're queasy! Chorus 1: All I have is spam! It's not like Oxfam! Shall we drink a dram? Damn! Spam is all we have. Chorus 2: I will give you spam! (All together now!) All you get is spam! (Everybody now!) I'll get paid for spam -- WHAM! Then I'll knock you out. Playout: We'll spam you -- yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll spam you -- yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll spam you -- yeah, yeah, yeah, ugh ... (Song ends with the forum being choked with too much spam)
