Well, for a real life invitation , I probably wouldn't go with R.S.V.Pee, but I'm not an animal lover and don't host parties. I can't think of anything right now, but if you go with R.S.V.Pee you could do something like, "Don't forget to mark your territory, R.S.V.Pee today!" Or, "Space is limited, R.S.V.Pee to mark your territory!"
It might be too late as we're already in April, but P could also stand for Paws. I like Bruce's "Space is limited, R.S.V.Pee to mark your territory!".
