Does anyone here participate in this? Have you ever submitted a report?

No, but I know what it is. Scary phenomenon type reports, right?

I enjoy the idea, but I usually don't read horror, so never invested much time into it. But when I was younger I watched a lot of X-Files and really enjoyed that, so these reports should be down my alley.

Not necessarily scary, but "anomalous". Some of it is hilarious, like the Kangaroo Crossing sign or the friendly slime cube. Some of it is pathos, like the cyborg girl or the alcoholic drug-addicted genie. The very first SCP was the half-cat - a completely normal cat, except that it didn't have a back half.

It's basically whatever the writer wants to write, it just has to be anomalous.
