There are so many great writers in this forum, but if you were to brag to your friends about one particular one and suggest reading their work, who would it be? What story (or song or poetry) would it be? And why?

I’m not an extremely huge fan of poetry, but Eoz Eanj’s “Lone Shadow” I found to be one of the best I’ve read here. It’s so deep and descriptive that it almost pulls you into the poem itself; you almost feel as if you are the main character. Awesome work.

Eoz and/or Isis, they have very awesome and unique styles of writing poetry.

(Sorry Frost, but despite your fantasticness you aren't as prolific =P)

    For stories, Crazy Ivan.

    Because, that's why.

I mean, have you read "Jack and the Fish"?

It's enough a reason to live.

theverbamar for poetry... their style is so distinct from anyone elses, everytime I read something by them I'm inspired to break boundries.

I was gonna make Lewbear number one with the gold sticker but he has appeared to have disappeared, lawl.

my favourite is Lewbear, I have read through every poem that hasn't been deleted and replaced with smiley faces and so far Lewbear would have to be my favourite.

There are a few others and a few poems here that I absolutely love. Like the poem My Famous Family, that is dark humour poetry at it's best what happened to that??

My favourite story is by Myst the one he submitted, very new and different.

Favourite in the song lyrics, that is easy Chamenas, she is brilliant

Definately on my list too - I really like her [right?] poems, they do a lot of different things and are upheld by spectacular imagary.
Eanj and Myst definately as well, and I've really liked poems by Arl7.

The Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J R Ward...just because she is a wonderful writer and does a great job on the vampire genre. I just loved the first one and I can't wait to buy the second one. With this author I'm borrowing the books from the library I'm buying every book she has written for the series.
