https://catingtonpost.com/woman-with-terminal-cancer-desperately-needs-help-to-rehome-40-cats/ The long and the short of the matter is this: there is an elderly woman, Marlene Brewer, who runs a rescue organization called Cats In Crisis, in Lancastershire. She has terminal lung cancer and her dying wish is to place the 40 cats still in her charge before she dies. She has devoted more than twenty years of her life to animal care and welfare in the UK, and has rescued thousands of cats through her efforts. In the short time she has left, she wants to complete her work. Do any of our Brits have the ability to help?
Fraid not, but surely she could distribute them about the various shelters around the country? That said 40 cats is a lot to find a place for. I can't imagine a shelter would be prepared to take more than two at the very most. Advice from the RSPCA?
