Character Art

Any of you guys have stuff drawn for the characters in your current and past projects? I do realize that this is a writing-centric forum, but I'd assume that imaginative people usually take interest in visuals as well.

 

I'd love to see some character art, too! Come on, artists, post that stuff! You know you want to be validated.

 

Writing's actually my secondary hobby. I usually do concept art on my free time.

(WW3 mech pilot dog repurposed for law enforcement use after the war.)

I didn't want to focus on artificial intelligence in the World War 3 era because there was already so much stuff going on in terms of plot, so I made it so that WW3 AI was really rudimentary and couldn't navigate terrain. Engineers genetically modified dogs and hooked them up to mech suits instead.

 

Thats sounds awesome as heck. Why dogs and not something more capable of operating a mech? Like monkeys?

 

Psychological warfare - dogs are cute as heck. It's like using child soldiers.

 

That's cool as heck. So why did the war start?

 

China got too powerful and tried to buy part of the US, causing the rest of the world to band together and go to war with China.

 

I can't draw myself, but I have commissioned an artist to draw my main character.

 

Whose a good death dealing machine? That's right, you are!

Now go fetch me the hearts of my enemies!
