Hi Writing-Community, I don’t know if it is right. On Word 2016 when I write a sentence with an em-dash and question mark. Then the program says “There must be a space!”. So, e.g. for sentences like: "My daughter—where is she?—would like to meet you." But I know normally there is no space. Is that also right? Or is it wrong? And when it’s wrong how can I fix this mistake on Word? beehoney
Can you edit the rule base, or see a list of options you can turn on and off? When you bring up the dialog box on that particular issue, can you click "ignore once" and "ignore rule"?
