There was a case here last year where a ten year old boy was climbing trees with his jump rope in hand. He slipped. The rope became tangled and he strangled to death as his family tried to dislodge him. I know the EMS team that attended this accident, and they were all rather affected, but no where near as bad as the high on meth grandmother that took her charges on a joy ride at 2 a.m.
