I'll be damned if I understood what JackTK wrote above. Maybe its another "secret pancake recipe" and we are just-not-smart-enough-to-get-it? I have items 1 and 2. The leprechaun is more difficult... would a plastic garden-dwarf that smiles all day do the trick too?
