How Fast Do You Read?

I know I didn't mean to be amused, but sometimes you know....its one of our flaws as human beings.
We laugh at others ignorane and stupidty because we have no respect for them. Our survival instinct makes us only care for ourselves and the people important to us.

 

I know i've read a good book when I reach the end page and want to kill the author for not writing more, and when I'm all like awww! inside....lol

 

Of course.

 

Now that, is something I totally agree with.

 

Sometimes I can be wise like a wizard.

 

J.K. Rowling's gonna die.....lol

 

I was disappointed with the names Jk. Rowling gave Harry Potter and firned's children names.
It wa slike she flipped through her books and some newspapers and jumble words up.

 

Yup.....I though she could've given that one part all she had..........after that it was all over.....

 

I was bored at the ending.
It was a bit anti-climatic as well.

 

It was going fine till Bellatrix was killed.........after that it sorta got um.....childidh?

My reading speed is about 350 - 400 words per minute.


Had to change the topic back to what the thread was meant for...........lol

My goals is to read 1,000 words per minute.

 

Same here......

 

But I read 800-950 in a minute, which would mean that I only have a couple more words to go.

 

Keep trying.........lol

 

I just have to read more books.
But I think I got slower at reading because I have been trying to catch up in my math so I haven't gotten to read my eight new books that I bought in January of this year.
Its sad.

My father visited some time back and bought me books worth about Rs. 5000........just six or seven left to read......lol

 

Its really sad cause I HATE HATE HATE HATE math.
