@mammamaia: Keep in mind that your fingers will make involuntary twitches, no matter what you do (short of locking them in place with some sort of hard-glove). You don't actively move them, and you usually can't see the twitches, but your muscles are always moving, as long as you're alive. Interesting. Do you possibly have any references? Preferably not any conspiracy site, but a legitimate reference to this? If this is true, then my mind will be completely blown. It also might give some nice insight to the OP.
