    Newbie Fantasy Writer coming through!

Hi everyone. My name, REAL name, is Bee. I'm male and I enjoy writing fantasy. I came to this website so I could hone my writing abilities.

    Nice to meet you all!

Hi Bee, and welcome to WF. :)

Great to have another fantasy writer in the fold! It's probably my favorite genre as well.

Here's our New Member Quick Start to get you started. See you around. :)

Hi and welcome. Working on rewrites for my young adult fantasy novel right now. I've been crafting the Query letter for it, and building up the courage to post it in the workshops. So far, I'm really enjoying this site. People in here seem serious about writing, there's no stupid immature back and forth going on. I've been inspired to really look at my work, and fix stuff.

Do you write about zombies? Hence, the name?

Welcome! Do you prefer 'high fantasy' or 'low fantasy'? As in the setting being fantastical or realistic, that is.

Welcome to Writing Forums. I too enjoy the fantasy genre, though I personally prefer putting my own spins on it, including genres not too typically seen being used with fantasy, such as psychological thriller and/or murder mystery or putting it into a setting that diverges from standard settings like a medieval or modern setting in favor of settings like those inspired by the Enlightenment in our own history.
