Question: Who greets the New Year with writing?

Discussion in 'The Lounge' started by Lifeline, Dec 31, 2015.

Am I alone in sitting outside and enjoying the night? Or do some of you others also give yourself that particular treat? :cheerleader:

If I were somewhere warm, I'd be outside, but winter doth blow its snow upon my world...

    So, I'm inside.

As for greeting the new year with writing, I'll be here in my chair tomorrow morning just like I was this morning. :)

Yeah! Gimme a high five! :cheerleader: I am sitting outside, wrapped in thick blankets with my laptop, a glass of good whiskey, and my favourite music. No snow, but no rain either ;)

One and a half hours to go till the bells ring..

So let's enjoy it and I wish you a very merry New Year! May all the Muses be with you!

Can't make any promises, but I was planning to do some degree of writing tonight. We'll see how it goes.

Wahay! Too brain fried to write write, but fine for thread writing! Not outside though, too soft for all that outdoorsy stuff.

I broke off writing a minute before the new Year hit, and you wouldn't believe, I am just over 50,000 words. My goal, YEAH!!

They probably do. :p Question is to get them to talk because they're all very tight-lipped.

If you are referring to the typo, that is the result of too cold fingers not wanting to cooperate right now. It is difficult to sit outside for as long as I have been and having still control of my fingers ;)

Oh I will do that right now. My fingers really don't want to cooperate any longer *sigh*. But I want to finish this scene before calling it a night, my villain is talking to my MCs right now and getting a hint or not of stuff going on. Just can't break off right now :)
