I swear that I'm behind by a good 5 or six hours. I suck at napping. It doesn't work for me. Either I just lay there staring at the ceiling or I lapse into an episode of sleep paralysis, which if you have never experienced it, is horrible. Happens to me aaaaallll the time. I do not sleep with the TV on. I have one of those cable boxes that turns off by itself after X amount of no activity. The TV turns off by itself 5 minutes after the box. I do not sleep with the lights on. I don't have urinary issues that wake me up at night. Tips from those with equally wonky sleep habits?
