For as long as I can remember I've had sleeping troubles. More so after becoming a mother. I just find that I can't sleep and I don't feel tired at night at all. Then when it is time to wake up I am dog tired. Just can't shake the habit though...... So who else here has sleeping problems? What are your sleeping patterns like even if you don't have sleep problems? I get around 30 minutes to 10 hours sleep a night. Though I average about 2-4 hours a night, sometimes less.
