I slept like a cat
With nine lives ahead of me,
Who am I today?

No one I have been before
Or will be again.

Many things I would like to
But I won't eat grubs.

 

(I thought to myself, "Of course my very first post on this site will start with "But I won't eat grubs." Due to both my recent interest in Haiku, and ever-impeccable timing. Ha.)
