Hi Torana (Daniel said you'd be reading this thread). Hope you and baby are doing great. As a bit of encouragement, my wife suffered the same medical problem with our first child. In addition, she had premature separation of the placenta and moderate vaginal bleeding. I am happy to report, I have now been married 36 years and my 35 year old son just completed another college degree...may your situation end with the same blessing. Also, you are obviously blessed with a wonderful partner in Daniel. Best of luck, Dean
A great relief to know things are now stable - best of my thoughts and wishes for you and the little one.
I am glad things are going better. Praying for you and for the doctors that are taking care of her and the little one.
Hope everything is staying good! I'm really glad that you're stable now and hope it remains that way!
I know everyone is anxious for news. I've heard from Torana, and she asked me to pass this along on behalf of her and Dan: I'm glad things are going well, and I am sending good positive thoughts that they will continue to do so. We miss our Mistress of the Macabre!
Very good news! We miss you, Sherie, but it's wonderful to hear you and Lil Pome are healthy and happy.
Awesome news. Hope everything continues getting better. Lots of love from the east side of down under!
Hi Torana, Sorry I haven't been in, I've been on the lounge as sick as a dog. I was horrified to hear of your news but glad that things are looking better. I hope the little one continues to do well and I will be thinking of you. Belly Rubs xoxo
Hey everyone. Once again, thank you for the kind comments. It means a lot to both of us. I'm taking the kids up see Torana again tomorrow. Hopefully, all being well, she can come home soon and take up residence on the sofa while we fuss over her! I want her back for the 100th poetry comp. I know she'd be gutted if she missed it!
Awesome news. Thanks, Dan! Actually, if she misses out on the comp, YOU'LL probably be gutted. Proximity, you know. Seriously, don't let her rush things more than she can handle.
Heya people!! I'm still held captive in my little cell up here. It's not the best, but if I complain you'd not listen! lol! I just wanted to thank you all for the kindwords personally and it iscostly too btw... lol! But seriously, thank you all very kindly. It really does mean a lot to Dan and myself. I can honestly say that it has been an extremely terrifying experience and I will be glad when it is all over and a story I can tell L'il Pome later in life. Currently, things are looking better for the baby, but we are still hoping to go another 10 weeks at least. Just keeping our fingers crossed at the moment. I gotta stop babbling LOL! I've missed being able to jump on here
Tor!!!! I hope you're not in too much pain, but it's wonderful to hear from you and to know that things are going relatively well for both Mommy and Lil Pome. Are you to stay in the hospital for another ten weeks? Yikes. Or can you go home soon?
Your guess is as good as mine hey.... they don't communicate well with each other here. One says in a week, the other says in a few months, anohter says once bub is born. I feel so confused most of the time. It hurts my brain so badly.
Hey Tor! Glad to hear everything is still going well. I hope you get to go home soon. Or at least, if you don't, that you find things to keep you occupied.
I'm glad to hear you're still doing ok, Tor! Hopefully things continue that way and you can go home soon!
I am glad you are doing well Tor, and I hope you get to go home soon. It usually works well to pick one Dr, and flip out on them about all the Dr's giving you different dates or release. (You don't have to get your blodd pressure up though, just pretend to be rally mad, LOL You can have Dan do it, if you don't want to.)
