What is this bar's use? It's located in person 'mini' profile by the side of their post and I can't think what it could be used for. Please, someone enlighten me.
It shows you the reputation of the user. One way to get more bars is to get more likes. However, as of right now, it's completely meaningless since Daniel is still working on fixing the reputation system.
