On the topmost menu bar is an item called Links (far right), and under it is Statistics. That should give you a pretty good idea of the activity level on the site, among many other things.

The only difficulties arise when you're looking for a specific member and you're in a completely different time zone. Other than that, everything should be alright.

We do occasionally get minor slumps that last for a few days as people get busy, but they always end quickly.

Sometimes the forum is very active and that activity can last a week or weeks and then a week will pass when the forum isn't as active. The inactivity is as stated due to the fact we all get busy in the real world. But in the end we always come back.

The community base here is different to many writing forums because the members here are a helpful bunch and rarely disagree.

well thanks Raven :D i also think it is due to the fact we have a lot less members than some others do. the less memebers, the more friendly and close i think they become, making it a better envioronment. i used to be a member of one with only about 10 active people and it was like my family :p (until it closed down)

anyways, yea, we are mainly fairly active. :D

Considering the number of members we have this forum is pretty active. I know of forums with more thann this and they aren't as active or as helpful.

I think it is fairly active for the member base we have.

These forums are quite active. Plus, due to the different time zones its not just active at one specific time of day.
