I have taken two classes (Dynamics and Differential Equations) for four times; I just have to pay an extra $1000 per class to repeat. I have a bad habbit of dropping the class if I wont pass it (to save my GPA)

So you would have had to write a letter then, right?

    ...Any tips?

    Nope, no letters were needed.

I would be honest and lay out your plan for sucess. They will hate it if you say "Cause I wanna try again." Try more along the lines of "I know I messed up, but I have learned my shortcomings and will be doing X to correct for them. I know I can do this, I just need the chance to prove it."

    No, you are not.

I had to take COM101 4 times. Not because I failed for being a duh!, but because different things that were happening in my life during those years made each attempt at finishing the class a no-go. The 3rd and 4th times I took the class, the cost was ridiculously high. :(

Nothing four times, yet, but I'm going to be taking drawing for the third time. First time, I dropped because I didn't feel like taking it. Second time, I got the most difficult art teacher in the area. No kidding, she was. The rest of the staff said so too. This next semester I'm taking it because I'm thinking about either minoring or perhaps majoring in art.

Don't major in art. Why waste your money?

I'm one credit away from my degree, a Bachelor in Humanities with honours. All of my other degree requirements I had no problem with, but my program has a language requirement. It's not happening, for some reason despite doing great in all my other studies I can't seem to pick up another language despite several attempts. As much as I'd hate to do it, I'm think of transferring my major to either English or History.
