Any place here to advertise..?

As the header states, I've recently self-published a story through Smashwords and I was wondering if there was any dedicated thread here to list it?

Or would right here do..?

There probably wouldn't be a market here for it anyway.

 

Advertising is not permitted on the forum. Moderators have often permitted members to announce their publications, but not to provide links, etc.

 

Most of the people here are writers themselves. You need to go where the readers are. Have a look at GoodReads.

 

Yeah, @Bryan Romer has summed it up. Most people here are probably less interested in your story and more interested in how you found the self-publishing experience and how it's worked (or working) for you.

 

But you could always buy a banner ad.
