Anyone interested in trading work to critique?

Discussion in 'Revision and Editing' started by shoot-seven, Feb 26, 2013.

I've history/academic books and articles published but have written my first novel (a murder-mystery set in the early 1950s). I would love to trade novels with some and critique each other's work. You can reply here or email me at shoot07@aol.com

A list of my previous publications is available upon request.

    Thank you,

    Corey

i don't do trades, but i do mentor writers and was a teenager in the early 50s, so can give you professional and personal opinions on your novel's writing quality and content... email me if this would help...

Perhaps you should first post a small excerpt in the critique section, so people can decide whether they like the style/topic enough to commit to reviewing the whole book. :)

I like this idea. There's a whole bunch of my writing accessible by copy and pasting my signature. Anyone who likes what they read, feel free to send me a private message and we can correspond.
