Authorstand RIP

Hi All,
I used to be a member on Authorstand, but the site recently closed down.
Many of the Authorstand homeless writers emigrated to another
not-to-be-named site. Although this new site was OK, it doesn't have
the vibrant forums as this site appears to have, so I came here.

I confess I've never heard of Authorstand. I hope you find what you're looking for here.

 

I'm sad to hear of any community of writers folding up. A diverse community of communities is good for everyone, and I myself belong to a few different writing groups.

Hi, welcome to the forum. Was this the ePub site I see being discussed elsewhere?

 

Welcome. I've been trying out a number of different writing forums, but I seem to visit this one the most. I like the alerts I get in the corner whenever I visit, and I like the medals people get when they win writing contests. I don't see that on other forums. It's kind of neat. Hopefully this forum will stick with you too.
