Best-selling YA books with swear words:
    1. Looking For Alaska - John Green (#1 ALA banned book in 2015)
    2. The 5th Wave - Rick Yancey (the F-bombs are everywhere)
    3. The Mortal Instruments - Cassandra Clare (mild, but asses and bitches)
    4. All the Bright Places
    5. Fangirl - Rainbow Rowell
    6. The Perks of Being A Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky (also banned book, but very good)
    7. If I Stay - Gayle Forman (lots of cursing)
Don't worry, swear if you need to. (Even though the n-word and the c-word are very high-sensitive in the US.)
