O.O My cousin just used my credit card to order pizza. I mean I get pizza. But it's expensive and now my credit card has been used up. But I mad he just used it without permission. Couldn't he pay for once? And I have to go to school 4 days of the week and buy myself stuff. So yeah this is going to make me go into the pottyhole.
@leaka- I am sorry that happened. It has happened to me once and after I confronded them on it, well they no longer tried to do it again, Also you could dispute the charges, since it wasn't you who made them and they have to pay you back the money (if I am reading this right.) Just a thought.
He took my credit card from my wallet. But like I said. It's a win lose situation. Win I get pizza. Lose my credit card has been used for something expensive. Daddy says not to use it often for expensive things. We had the same expensive thing last week.
Very small. I can also tell you from my own dealings as interpreter to the fraud claims departments of nearly all banking institutions within the U.S. Return of the goods would have to happen in order to enact any kind of reimbursement.
Not in the case of credit card/account number theft. However, your history with the bank is considered, the history of the payee, and generally how credible the incident report is.
If you ate the pizza...you are screwed. If your friend stole your card and ordered pizza for himself and you didn't partake..slim chance. You would do better to just string up your friend by his balls until he pays you back.
Cogito, Mina, wyerbies, I am so sorry for my opion, please for give me. I am so sorry, one againe I am sorry. I quessed I misunderstood. *crys*
Nothing wrong with your opinion, Chandler, it's just that the circumstance are such that he almost surely won't prevail. Worse yet, he'll not be taken as seriously next time he has to dispute a charge.
