Morning... It's three in the afternoon over here, but I'm tired anyway, does that count?

Sure. I'll be asleep at three in the afternoon. It's about 6:20am here.

That's way too early to be awake.

Then you're insane, or go to bed insanely early.

    Or has insomnia.

I used to wake up at 4AM every day. You know that feeling, that nice feeling of being able to wake up leisurely? I got to do that every day, for about an hour. :) Then I would do a quick workout and shower and facing the day seemed so much easier. Plus, that first hour was so nice because everyone was still asleep and that sly opportunity known as solitude was relished...

...And then school started. Heh. Then it became a miracle if I could wake up at 7AM. :p

I cant wait until my schedule can allow that again.
I usually had to be in bed by around 9 or 10PM at the latest though.

Insane? Perhaps. But I don't need a lot of sleep. I sleep deeply, and wake refreshed, even though I rarely go to sleep much before midnight. The day is too short to waste!

I am not a morning person. It doesn't matter how early I go to bed, I'm basically useless for anything before 10am. On the other hand, I can work quite well on only a few hours of sleep. Just not in the morning. Say I go to bed at 7am and wake up at noon. I'll feel great the whole day.

I still need a full 8 hours. Less than 7 and I'm worthless.

Eight hours of sleep makes me feel drugged and logy.

The quality of the sleep matters far more than the quantity. If I'm getting woken up every two hours, twelve doesn't feel like enough, but a solid five, and I'm good to go. And I'm about ready to crash for the day, so after a quick march around here I'll be heading to bed. Goodnight everyone!

Morning, Chandler. I'm alright. Tried to watch a movie before work but the DVD won't stop skipping. Turned to books instead. Reading a pretty good one right now. How's your morning?

@sweet- Doing pretty well. I am up with my seven year old who is out od school right now. She is trying to write a short story. What book are you reading? I hope it is a good one. Oh and if you want your DVD to stop skipping, get a cleaner for you DVD player, or if it is the disk you can put water on the back of the disk and clean it off with a cottonball and make sure it is all the way dry. That is what I do and they never skip agine. How are you feeling as well, did the antibotic work for you?

I'm reading Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen. I'm really becoming a fan of her. I was having a bit of trouble getting into her books at first, but once I read Persuasion, I was hooked. lol

What is your daughter's short story about? I love it when kids write. Their stories are always so creative.

So far the antibiotics seem to be working. The pain has gone WAY down. Mostly just tender if I press on the kidney or sit funny. Still have a few days left of taking them. Guess we'll see this weekend if everything works out. :)

As for the DVD, it's not a big deal. It's a rented one and I really don't have time to fix it then watch it before work because I still need to shower as well. I'll watch it tomorrow or something. No biggie. -shrugs-

Oh good, I am glad you are feeling better. I am surprised they didn't give you pain meds. I have had 13 kidney infections and 12 kidney stones. They suck.
Alexis (my daughter) is writing a story about how hard life can be for a kid. She is actually pretty mature for a seven year old. She wants to be a writer like me when she grows up. I told her start now and see if you like it. She loves it and she loves to write music as well. It is really cute.
When do you go to work? Where do you work, or what do you do?

They gave me some needles for the pain on the day I was at emerg, but that was it. It's not a big deal though; the pain hasn't been anywhere near as bad as that first night. I'm sure I'll be fine in a few days.

I work at an ice cream store/dairy. Kinda like a mini grocery store. It's not bad. I love the people I work with, so once I get there I have a blast.

Today is a sinus pressure day. So was yesterday, and the day before.

    Happiness is not with me.

Last night I dreamed that I was trying to pop my forehead with various different instruments in the attempt to relieve the pressure, to no avail. :(

More than 8 and less than 6 does the same for me...I only slept for 4 hours last night...must be staring at a screen for too long. Just knowing I have to be up early stops me from sleeping properly, gahhh :p

Have you tried Musinx, that stuff dries you up really fast, also saline nose spray. You sound like you have an infection. Dr. time. Have you seen one yet?

Oh, yes. I have. Dr. Sanchez (my regular MD, and sucha' cutie) has given me everything known to man and woman for sinus trouble.

We have already begun to chat about surgery.
