I'm also a fan of oxygen. Never considered giving Ayn Rand a try.

I'm just worried it'll be over my head. I consider myself a fairly intelligent person, but philosophy isn't my strong point.

I don't bother with philosophy myself.

I'm more curious than anything. And, I like to broaden my horizons as much as I can. If there's another view point on the world, why not learn from it.
    -shrugs-
I think it comes from not really having any sort of belief system in place for myself, so I'm searching for one. Something that will help me find passion and motivation for life. Cheesy, I know, but if it works, it works, right?

    Thanks, Lav.

I've just always admired people who could put so much faith into something (whether it's a god, an ideal, etc). I wouldn't mind feeling that sort of commitment to something.

    Anyway, holy humid, Batman.

I am uncertain, but I once knew a man with a severe meth addiction. He taped his VCR shut so that the 'little people' wouldn't climb out of it and harass him at night.

My ear is blocked. I should stop turning around under water...

Lay on your side that has the blocked ear with a washcloth under it. Before long, the water should drain out.

I hate that. I have always had problems with my ears. I cant submerge myself in water anymore, which really sucks when I am thrown off the jetskis. (My family looooooves to go boating.) I get swimmers ear almost monthly these days.

    Hello all! :)
    Lovely Monday...

'Tis my last day of summer. Boo.

Yeah. Usually I'm itching to get back to school, but junior year was really rough, and I couldve used a much longer vacation. :p I dont mind the learning so much --I actually really enjoy lectures (provided the teacher isnt a total bore), and I really enjoy organizing those lecture notes... :D But it's the kids I dont like so much.

At the risk of sounding slightly... arrogant, I really dont like many people my own age. We're all pretty stupid.

I also have to find someone to share a locker with. They ran out of lockers, so they stuck a halfsize one behind the cafeteria for me. No happy!

Hey Xeno (stfu), Ragnar, and Rei! :)

Unfortunately, there's no difference in the seasons for me. Well, as far as having to work regardless of what month it is.
