Well, if you turn it up to irritate people, or because you think it's cool to ONLY be able to hear the bass, then yes. Other than that, no. I like loud MUSIC, not loud bass and rattling metal/plastic.
So did I. We were at a dueling piano bar, and my group was right up front. I was the DD, it had been a long day, and I made the mistake of yawning... the piano players made me get up and dance. Joel was very entertained. I...was very embarrassed. Don't worry about it, I've been there. I still get to deal with it a lot, so many people think I'm younger than I am. It's especially fun when customers at work ask me a question, don't believe that I've answered correctly, and go ask another (older) associate.
I turned it up because I was curious and I knew that there was noone home in the house next door so I wouldn't be annoying anyone.
It possibly includes me. I try to be polite about it --besides, it's not my car (not that I have a car..) that has the subwoofers. I dont let him turn it on when we're in the city. We were on the freakin' interstate, and honestly, the louder it goes, the better. I have difficulty hearing (I can hear over an exceptionally large range of pitch, but they have to be loud enough for me to hear in the first place, you know?), so car-shaking loud is awesome for me.
It's very hard to write a touching, romantic scene with "Honkeytonk Badonkadonk" playing in the background.
Hello everyone. I am in the country today. Silence truly is golden. Not trucks, no stupid cars with those stupid noise amplifying mufflers, no children screaming in the courtyard, no cochlear implant woman talking at the top of her lungs, no drum kit boy..... Just the sound of wind in the trees. *sigh of contentment*
Well, if you go back a page or so you will notice my exquisite rant, but apart from that, not much really.
I love the song when I'm in a certain mood. But I'm not often in that mood, and my itunes shuffle thingy seems to think I should be in it more often, because it likes to play that song. Haha I tried to explain that to my store manager when he made fun of me because I said I didn't like country and then that song came on...he didn't buy it. That sounds lovely. Bring me with you next time! Aloha.
