I want both. Back to school time at an office supply store is like working during Christmas, except people aren't cheerful because it's almost Christmas, they're cranky because apparently back to school time is stressful. And if I have one more teacher guilt trip me because I can't sell them more than the limit on our sale items even though they have a million students, I swear to god, someone is getting their car blown up. Truer words I never heard. I switch between the two every so often. Keeps things fresh. That is awesome. I just read that book a little while ago...love it. Love the movie, too, but I've only seen it once, a long time ago. I have the book, so I can read that whenever I want. Mine? 1. Peter Pan 2. Saved! 3. The Breakup (there's a reason behind that one) 4. Remember the Titans 5. A Knight's Tale I want one! I just had some oatmeal, but I'm still starving.
Morning. I'm tiiiiiiired. I don't think sleep really counts as sleep if you're dreaming about work all night.
Me too. Especially because it wasn't all just a normal work dream, there was some weird stuff. We went to my store manager's house for part of it, I was making cookies and his pans were dirty so I did the dishes...there was some odd stuff with the ASM... weird, weird dreams last night. And I'm so not looking forward to another hectic day of work today...plus I've got a customer who wants to buy like 35 chairs, and I've got like 4 of them...so I have to try and arrange with other stores to pick up some of their chairs and transfer them to us...bah.
You remembered my name! You know, I was thinking about this yesterday at work, and do any of you get oddly excited when someone knows your name? Not just anyone, I mean like specific people. Example: I remember once, when I was 12 or so, my cousins came down from Wyoming. Kaleb (now my favorite cousin) and I had never really talked much, but we got a lot closer that summer. One day, he was saying something to me and used my name, and I remember feeling this tiny little thrill of surprise that he actually knew my name. Weird, right? Or does that happen to other people?
R-dizzle...if you think the fact that you're my friend would stop me from choking you til you die, you don't know me at all.
Lol only if I've not really had that much contact with them before. Like a lecturer who says "Hi, Dan" as he walks past, and I have never been taught by him before.
So basically what you're saying is that me being excited that my cousin knew my name is crazy. I suspected as much.
Not so useless fact #74 Mixing thinset with your hands will leave you with very thin skin on your fingertips. It's a fact!
