Dexter laughed. "Shit your fucked." He stated leaning against the back wall of the cell. Dexter had calmed down, but he was still planning on killing hair dye first chance he got. Dexter fished into his pocket and pulled out the last of his cigarette. He lit it with his him thumb. If Dexter knew Gerad, he wouldn't be an easy man to break. Heck he had seen him beheaded if the dude can deal with that on regular basis, then he must be able to take some tough torture before he cracks. "You won't get information out of the guy." He stated with a smirk "But then again that wasn't the question now was it? Tell me hair dye, just what the hell are you plotting? Then I might share what I know." Dexter stated with a poker face.
Jaharra glared at Dexter from where she sat in the corner next to Koth, perfectly silent. They would not get a peep out of either of them. There was something fishy about the guy . . . Koth nudged Jaharra's shoulder and shrugged, and Jaharra slid her swords back into her wrists with a sly grin. They hadn't been able to remove her weapons, and Koth only had to call back his scythe and it would chop through the walls to get back to its master. Such was the law of the people considered unevenly matched against an opponent who had a weapon, thus allowing him to regain his. Then when Dexter asked the guy what they were plotting Jaharra rolled her eyes. "Fat chance he's gonna tell ya smart guy. Take it from me- no one just tells you anything. I know because I'm a bounty hunter." she said.
The man looked at Dexter, ignoring Jaharra.... then he walked aside from the cell... and looked around making sure that there was nobody close to them. Once he realized that they were alone, he let a sigh escape then returned to the prisoners. Without no one close to them, he could speak without restrains. "Listen Dexter.... is not what we are plotting.... is what will happen... We spawns just are to execute mother's will.... oh well, now we must call it father... Nevermind, you get the idea no?..." He then laughed... "This city consider us... very trustful allies.... but they ignore the truth you know?. They think we are leading Breudghan to victory against Scion. But is the opposite...." He raised his hands to the ceiling as if he were to be watching the sky over him "No matter how hard they struggle, the new Scion cannot be stopped.... this is mother's will!!!!....." He then composed and said... "I guess you're curious of how much had this world changed in twenty years.... but I'll say that it just returned to its original form, as Valanthia wished to.... this is The Cocoon of Dreams, the true form of your fake Earth"
Dexter snarled something fowl at hair dye. "So your one of those damn spawns. Fucking figures. But I don't remember you at the dinner table with the rest of those ass clowns. So are I'n guessing your a new one?" A scowling Dexter asked hair dye. Dexter was so tired of these damn spawns but this one was by far the worst. (Interesting so Scion is back. But Athalia seems to be in control of it. Well that's unfortunate.)
"Leonel is the name, you can call me Leon though...." Replied the man to Dexter. "I dunno what do you mean with new.... but you could say that for a long time I was dead.... But our beloved mother bring me back to life... After all is something that is easy for someone like mother."
"Wait isn't Athalia a guy?" Dexter asked with a confused look on his face. (Its neither like me. But Athalia itself is far more complex then I am. It is quite the interesting being.) "Well Felix why don't you just fucking marry him." Dexter spat. (Well for one the proper term is marry it and I don't love. I grow attached to homes but I never love beings, I am incapable of it in a sense.) Dexter rolled his eyes and rubbed his hand through his black hair. " So lemme get this straight Leon. Your daddy/mommy or Athalia. Whatever the hell you call it. Who has seemingly limitless powers by our standers, decided to take over that shit hole Scion. You know if I got that damn wish I would have been screwing your sister and most of the seeds.......except two of them." Dexter looked at Leon. "Look here pal I don't much expect to exist after this. But I'm pretty sure this is probably gonna end in some epic battle or showdown. So I'll issue a challenge right now. If a great battle occurs I call dibs on fighting you." Dexter stated he gave some thought. "Hey you got a cigarette?" He asked his enemy.
Jaharra shook her head at Dexter, crossing her arms and looking at Leon hopelessly. Koth's gaze was hard, and when Jaharra looked at him he nodded slightly, making her hiss. No. They would not do that. No. Koth's eyes narrowed further and Jaharra was forced to sigh in resignation. They couldn't fight Athalia -Jaharra had learned of his power first hand. "Leon . . ." Koth said slowly. "To be honest, I have no care for anyone else in this room besides my sister, and we both know what it means to survive on what we can get. I'm going to make you an offer -hire the both of us, and you will have no problems on your hands from our end. We are very capable of doing jobs in matters . . . involving war, so I hope you can take this seriously." Jaharra gritted her teeth and remained still, but she watched Leon warily with blood-red eyes from between her bangs.
Leon fixed his glasses, then sighed... after that he looked at Koth. Slowly he raised his gun, aiming right at his head.... and his finger about to pull the trigger..... Yet after considering he changed the aim, instead aiming at his thigh, and then he pulled the trigger letting the bullet escape... "Don't think that you can negotiate that way with us.... You killed Ds.... that's something that will be punished.... But I cannot kill you now..."
Koth didn't even flinch as the bullet went to the bone, sending a bolt of fiery pain up his leg. His eyes were half closed, lazy, and a half smile curled his lips as he remembered Ds. "Heh, well you might consider the fact that Ds was a weakling meant to be taken out of the equation if they couldn't survive being attacked by a simple fragment. Spawns are supposed to be . . . invincible to our attacks no?" he said dryly, his pale yellow eyes flashing in amusement as crimson dripped to the floor. Jaharra got the same look as well -one of lazy amusement; like a cat that got the cream. Koth chuckled then, his breath sawing in an out of his chest unevenly. Then he gave Leon the look that only a predator could usually make. That of him looking at his prey. "You may want to re-think that Leon. Who's to say that all spawns can't be killed?" he said darkly. Jaharra let a small grin come to her lips then, revealing a hooked fang. "Who's to say that we can't just destroy everyone?" she purred.
"Hahahahahahaha" Leon bursted out in laugh.. "Koth, we spawns are just special fragments, but fragments.... our rank is above everything besides our mother of course... But we're fictional beings too, with strenghts and weakness. In other words we can die... I died once for example, but mother brought me back to life, and will brought DS back to life...." "Still what you did was an insolence.....But don't worry, not as big as Gerad's insolence..." Nadeem interrupted out of curiosity... "Gerad's insolence?... what did he do?" The man fixed his glasses once again.... "Together with Namila, he destroyed the previous vessel of mother......"
Dexter coughed. "Wait this Namilia person managed to destroy Athalia's vessel? But her world still went bye bye. You'd think Athalia would learn to take losing like a champ." (I don't think losing is an option for Athalia.) "Whatever Felix. Hey Leon can I get that cigarette?" Dexter asked holding out his hand through the bars. Hey just because your enemies doesn't mean you can't ask to borrow something.
The man laughed.. "Don't get too surprised... it wasn't really Namila or Gerad, but the will of the reality being..... they were helped by its will.... A Deus Ex Machina was triggered, and this was the real factor that destroyed the vessel" He then blew smoke over Dexter's face, making sure to stay at a fair distance... "Smoke this, I won't give you any cigarette"
"Motherfucker!" Dexter screeched out as he tried to throw fire balls at Leon. (Calm down.) "Piss off Felix this bastards dead!......................As soon as I find away out of here." Dexter said in defeat. No use in wasting energy on someone you can't get to. "Well excuse me ladies and gentleman." A calm voice rang out from a cell that was nearest to Nadeem. A man walked up to the bars. His face was covered in bandages like a mummy but he kept a hole in it which revealed one grey eye. His hands gripped the bars but he seemed to be wearing leather gloves, his khaki pants and dress shoes were slightly dirty. Finally the man sported a large red trench coat which was buttoned. "I hate to interrupt such an interesting conversation. But um when can we eat?" The man asked.
Leon lazily opened his gun, checking how many bullets were left. Then he aimed at the weird man's head and fired. "I'm sorry, you heard a lot of secret stuff...... Sigh... blame the useless guards of thsi city, I thought I told them to not mix this prisoners with random scum"
Blaine tilted his head at Leon and looked at the gun. "My friend have I heard to much or have you not listened enough?" Blaine asked in a very mysterious voice. Blaine looked like he was thinking. "Besides how can one know if I'm ordinary?" He asked Leon. Blaine had been deep in thought about lunch.
Koth smiled at the newcomer, his pale yellow eyes flashing. "Agreed, freind. No one here is ordinary if i am correct. It is just the lesser there one who thinks otherwise." he said, jabbing a thumb in the direction of Leon. Jaharra let her blades slide out of her wrists and heated them, stabbign the point of one into her brother's thigh where the bullet had gone in. "Jeez sis -take it easy!" Koth said, rolling his eyes as the stench of burning flesh filled the room, and then the small metal ping of the bullet hitting the floor rebounded off the bars. Jaharra burned her sibling's flesh back together to stop the bleeding, and then withdrew her blades, eying Leon cooly. "Sorry hon', but looks like you couldn't take these puppies." she teased him, wagging one point of a sword at the spawn. Koth yawned and stretched out one arm, and a loud boom shookt he room as his scythes returned to his hand, the massive blades shimmering with static electricity. A large crack had appeared in one wall, and Koth shrugged at the destruction. "Leon, i will tell you one thing -you can't stop justice from being dished out." he said, grinning. "The only reason i even got my scythe back was because I was injured by your weapon, and i had none of my own to defend myself. Law of balance, no?"
Dexter shrugged at the newcomer. He figured the guy must have a death wish or something. He then looked at Koth. "Balance my ass. We have been getting our asses kicked since the start of all this. If there was any balance we and the Spawns would have been tied in wins. I'm pretty sure the score 0-3 in their favor." Dexter stated coldly. He hated these people, he hated losing and most of all he missed TV. (Dexter complaining as gotten you know were in life.) "Shut up Felix." Blaine looked at the gun at his head again and then at Koth. "It seems your friend Dexter I believe his name is upset. May suggest he be more like a calm ocean instead of a raging fire." The man stated. Dexter looked in Blaine's direction. 'What the hell does that even mean?" He asked scowling. Blaine looked like he was grinning underneath the bandages. "Take it as you will. Do not become tangled in advice but like a tree you must grow strong." Dexter simply gave Blaine a blank stare. "You must be high." He stated Blaine waved his hand in front of his face. "No not quite high. I'm am merely a ponderer. Your friend with the sycthe seems to be one as well."
"Truth is not the only way to live a life, but lies are not the best route." Koth quoted, spinning his scythes for a moment to test their balance. Then he grinned, "You need to be a ponderer in order to survive as long as i have- "How did you live anyway? I saw you die in the street!" Jahrra suddenly yelled at him, and Koth's face became that of quiet exasperation. "That's a bit of a long story Jahri -let's just state the obvious and that i wasn't really dead?" Koth tried, and his sister snorted. Nope, he needed to do the long one appearently.
Leon sighed then ignited other cigarette.. "Your stories are insignificant to me... If I were to want to know them I would just read the books of Mytahlia...." He expelled smoke "So are you gonna speak about the man called Gerad or not?"
Jaharra quirked her head to one side and Koth got a puzzled look on his face, "Who's Gerad?" he said. Jaharra hid a dark snigger and her eyes pulsed a vivid ruby red for a moment and her fangs lengthened as she crouched and looked at Leon almost like a predator would its prey. "Is he someone I'd like to carve up and serve for dessert?" Jaharra giggled, a wicked grin on her face. She was aiming to drive Leon to the conclusion that they were quite insane or somewhere along the line of crazy, but all together they would not be predictable.
Dexter sighed heavily fine "I'll tell you everything I know." Dexter was going to rat betray his friends. He didn't need them, but of course Dexter isn't a traitor so he was up to something else. "Gerad is terrified of kittens. We don't know were it comes from. But put a kitten in front of Gerad and he will break. That's how we managed to get the best of em." Dexter stated with very good honesty. Blaine clapped his hands. "Interesting a hunter is scared of kittens. Well that's what they call irony." He stated in a very bright tone.
Leon sighed once again.... "I think you'll enjoy rotting here...." After that he left, throwing the already used cigarette at Dexter's face before leaving. An awkward silence covered the cell, and then the body of Nadeem fell to the floor, she fell over her knees.... All happened so fast that she didn't had time to realize what's going on.... but now that she thought about it carefully.... it didn't look good at all. "Hey.... do you think that is true?.... twenty years had passed?.... What do you say?" --------------------- A woman wearing black robes that didn't let her face to be seen walked through the hallways of what seemed to be a a palace.... This was in real the presidential house of Breudghan... and this woman had a very important position in the city to be able to freely walk like this. She then entered into a room.... the president room without even touching the door, as if it were to be a room of her own. The man at first surprised once the woman entered... but once he realized who she was it calmed down... "Oh.... you... what's going on?" The woman smiled then she spoke... "It's about the recent prisoners.... I think they could serve us useful..." The man raised one eyebrow, wondering what was this woman plotting this time... "I see..... so what's your idea?" asked the man.. But the woman interrupted him... "Shhh.... we'll talk about that later..... for now..." Then the woman let the robes fall from her body revealing her underwear.... and then slowly removed her clothes and got closer to the man, the president. "for now... we'll have a little season...."
Jaharra spat in the direction Leon had dissapeared to, leaning back against the wall, "Don't know and don't care -but considering how many times we were stuck in that time loop I wouldn't be surprised if a hindred years had passed." Koth nodded his head once and leaned his scythes against the wall, then sat down beside Jaharra, "In all honesty, I'd just like to get back to a normal life, or at least as normal as our lives were before all of this happened." Jaharra closed her eyes,
"In all honesty, I'd just like to get back to a normal life, or at least as normal as our lives were before all of this happened." "That's.... impossible..." murmured Nadeem... "You all saw what can that Atahlia.... thing.... do right???".... "She changed this whole world.... no, returned it to how it was.... but does it really matter?.... we are not even real... we're characters of entertainment.... Our life has no meaning..." She got close to Koth and Jaharra then spoke in front of them... "So tell me!!! what's this normal life you're talking about?... does it even exist at all???" One didn't need to be a genius to notice the state of Nadeem's mind at this point.
Dexter scoffed. Nadeem's wonderful mental breakdown wasn't helping. Neither was his anger. But at least he could let that out. "Put a damn cork in it screw ball!" Dexter shouted from his cell as he kicked back. Blaine looked at Nadeem curiously. She was a very strange one, but so was he. What in the world was she going on about it. Blaine took it upon himself to speak to her. "Miss lady person. I find your your speech incredible do go on." He stated very intersted
