Copyright If Using Pen Name

Would anyone know what I should put on the copyright page of my novel if I'm using a pen name?

What's the approved way of addressing this?

put it under your pen name then put a disclosure saying your pen name is a pen name.

I don't think you need all the extra, do you? I've never used all that, and neither have any of my publishers. They just use my pen name, without the disclaimers.

Where did you get the idea to do it that way, cutecat?

 

Just generally looking at the copyright pages of a lot of other books out there and deciding what I did and didn't need.
I am kind of truly self published in the way that, I have an editor and beta readers but essentially, I do everything myself.

The only part I didn't do, was the thumbnail of me on the back of the book, my photographer friend did that for me.

 

You can get approved or authorized your pen name from legal authorities.
