ahh. i misunderstood the description, then. my bad. so did my husband, tho. lol. here's his take:

 

we both love to draw. he's better at the human figure than i am... knows alot more about the musculature structure an all that jazz... but i've gotten better. i'm good at drawing horses, and copying the art style of a variety of animated movies and a few TV cartoons.

 

how about a drawing of Zarkiel.

 

Hee hee...wow! What a figure! It's the left shoulder that is cybernetic, though, and the hair looks like THIS only it is blue with a blonde stripe and blonde at the back of the neck.

I always wanted boobs that heroic.

 

HAH! how about a description? I'm too lazy to go back and sort thru 53 (so far ) pages , because right now, all i remember is "tattoos of crosses on his hands". XD

I'm not suprised. Your drawing is really good. I wish I could draw like that.

 

If you don't want to pay the tuition for art school (I was in debt for a long time) but just want to improve your drawing, get "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. When I read this I became convinced that my drawing teachers used this book in their curriculum.

And you need to practice...just like with writing. Keep a sketchbook and sketch from life every day if you really want to train your observant eye. I haven't kept a sketchbook in years but this pic was so much fun to draw that I am going to go back to trying to do a couple of sketches every day.

Also, local art shops sometimes give classes and workshops that are really pretty cheap.

 

Wow, yeah. Awesome drawings from everyone. Like I said, I've dabbled a bit in it myself...mostly anime/manga style, but I'm nowhere. I'd like to attend a newbie workshop or something to kinda get established. I guess practicing lots would help, too.

I think maybe I should show my pictures. lol who knows i may do a pic of Jazzman and Raven and Py-Ollar from the Vegas game. Who knows.
