I haven't...but I also never had issues when everyone said the site was refreshing over and over. Maybe I'm just magic.
It's probably your comp. Once a page is loaded, the site/server doesn't affect typing in a text box, since it all happens on your end. You might have too much stuff running in the background or too many tabs open.
