Saw him at 9:23 in the WF Contest Poor voter forum.

 

That's cheating, he's been on the site for more than 20 minutes, it's too easy.

 

I don't remember there being a caveat that it has to be on a shorter span of time, but simply spotting the man.

 

Well, if he's on a public thread obviously connected to him it's kind of time-wasting to report it. Everyone saw him when he established the lounge is back-up thread but no-one reported it because it would go without saying. That's a more extreme example but you get my point. Also, I was half-serious. If you want to you can, just a suggestion.
