I have a cold (in the real world) but I'm pretty sure its not H1N1, I'm also pretty sure that your safe I've been thinking about the game and I have a sneaking suspicion that DW is a GM thats not all about direct assualts and fighting. We've kinda gotten into the mode of fighting and killing b/c we didn't have much else to do for a while, but I'm not sure that its warranted to deal with this challenge. W/ do you suppose the chances are that we could talk to Lily-yagi and work something out. I mean he said he's on his way TO GET the crystal, and we know its not in the temple. He seems like our most sensible resource and I dunno if we want to act like we want to kill him...

Yeah my guy is hanging back, I don't want him to leave the group, just stay out of the action and limelight if possible. Waiting for the 'opurtune moment'. I think its a sensible thing for Neil to do too since he's injured and on the same scale as Rainin and Aali as far as magic goes. I vote Juniper to charge ahead, nobody's taken her right? Maybe an oppurtunity to let her go astray until eden wants to come back... Oh and BTW it is VERY rare for me to be up online this late! But I have a presentation due tomorrow and was sick over the weekend. Brings back college memories Just wish I had some data to use in the presentation!!

But I resisted the urge to work against Tucio and Scarlet, since I have a reputation for that already, and am willing to give their plan a chance. I just wanted to leave an opening for another approach if the assault didn't work. Re-reading the statements by mon Ich about Lilygag it doesn't seem that a direct assault is what he wanted. L'giggly has barely even attacked us except to steal a few weapons and to retaliate when his beasties were injured. Yeah, this is a game about action, but I'm not sure its time for that.
You are still sick. And misunderstanding. Dustin is the GM. Abc is the assistant GM. I am just helping out. The 7th law happens to apply to all forms of writing, that's why i'm using it. And you guys aren't going in and attacking like maniacs. You're just causing a ruckus and a distraction. Get the guy's attention. If he responds with peace, no need to fight. And Dustin, since none of us actually know what this cathedral thing really looks like or what the inside is, you should probably give the assassins a post that moves them inside and details what they find inside. But not until Scarlet throws a distraction fireball.
Info about the crystal. Trucido's idea is to sneak in, look around for clues, and if that doesn't help, make a deal with him (which trucido may or may not keep ), or take the mage or something important to him hostage. Aali, you don't stand a chance.

I may not have magic but I have badass fighting skills I just haven't really gotten the chance to show them off yet...partially because Dutin broke my sword
