Okay! I'm re-reading the latest developments and preparing my post! Edit: posted! Sorry there's not more, but at least it's something. However, I deliberately chose not to interfere in the Morius/Trucido combat. I want to see how y'all play that out.

Sorry, Hawken, but I'm going to have to veto part of that move. He may not simply rip off the scorpion's stinger, frozen or no. Yes, the exoskeleton would shatter when frozen, but the meat underneath would not give so easily. However, I will accept him using a large shard of the exoskeleton from the stinger. I'll wait and see what you want him to do before writing the scorpion's reaction. Also, I feel I should warn you guys - Trucido will stay in this form until he is struck by the light of the sun.

Okay, so... as Dustin has allowed me to take Lynne as a second character, I will post her profile! Name: Lynne Age: Age Sex: Female Height: 5"6 Appearance: Thin, petite, cute. She has dark brown hair and blue eyes. Background: She grew up on her parent's farm. Her parents were murdered when she was 13, and she hid from the bandits who ransacked the farm. She lived several months alone in the farmhouse, basically starving to death, when a strange dark elf warlock, Morius, wandered across the farm. He took her along with him out of pure pity, and taught her a little about dark fire so she could survive on her own if she needed to. After several months of traveling together, Morius knew he was putting her life at risk, and left her at a monastery. Here, she was taught white fire, but was always mischievous and disrespectful because she believed she needed to get revenge on the bandits who killed her parents, and she couldn't do that by sitting around a monastery all day. So, finally, when she was 16, she ran away and hunted the bandits. Having found them, she realised it wasn't as easy as she thought it would be to kill them. They took her prisoner, initially wanting to kill her, but having found out about her magical talents, they began to use her for their own purposes. Personality: Appears humble and nice, but is really mischievous and tricky. Although, lately, having been imprisoned and oppressed, her troublesome side has died down, and she is extremely passive. Weapons/Armor: Staff, and not armor in particular, just cloth/linen robe. Elemental school: Predominantly White, but also Black Socioeconomic status: Peasant
Main objective is still to travel to the Geld and find the Crystal Flame. In the meantime, however, you will want to A) attempt to retrieve the map and B) avoid horrible death by dragon. This scene shouldn't last much longer. The only real adversaries left are the scorpion and Trucido (the small smattering of bandits isn't really worth mentioning, as they are in the process of being eaten). Since it is still early in the night, you probably should either attempt to escape the dragon or subdue him. You could try to fight him, but I doubt any of us could write a good enough excuse for any of out characters being able to knock out a dragon. I suppose you could use Scarlet to subdue him though. Alternatively, I have something I could do. I've been saving it for later, but now is an important enough battle to reveal it. At any rate, I will let y'all decide what you want to happen.
Hmmm, Dustin... couldn't we get ourselves to safety, and then you just effectively fast forward the rest of the night where Trucido is blindly pwning the forest?
