I tend to set and re-set goals all throughout the year. But I also like the idea of January 1st serving as a sort of demarcation to give one a new perspective. Over the next three weeks I'm working on re-booting my goals and routines for the coming year, things which I intend to make my 'new normal' instead of just a hollow new year's resolution. (IMO a resolution that only lasts two weeks gets one nowhere). Would anyone like to share their goals for the coming new year?
