Yes I have had help but my the nature of my personality is to generally avoid people. I have a girlfriend who understands, neither of us are that social although I have no problem interacting with her friends. I usually just remain calm and just do my work but when my stress is escalating from a workload that is too heavy the symptoms escalate rapidly. I write and record music in my spare time that is one of my main purposes in life I just wish I could quit my job because it is just too demanding.
