"Now that you mention it I am a bi..." Her stomach growled very loudly and her face turned bright red, Deathblade couldn't help but laugh at her embarrassing moment. She finally spoke up again, "Something to eat would be good..." Still chuckling he got up, "alright... *chuckles I'll check the... *chuckles* galley for something." He headed towards the door and headed out going downstairs into the galley he started looking for something to cook up.
"Thanks," Incendia said as her face grew even redder and she pouted a little bit thanks to Deathblade's chuckles. "Are you finding anything that you like Lye?" Incendia asked as she rummaged through her bag for something. "Here it is," Incendia told Lye as she held up a small brown crystal, "It's crystallized ginger, sucking on it might help your seasickness. When I was little my brother would give me some to help with my sea sickness."
"Oh, that's okay. Of course not, it's one thing o be able to take pride in your family, it's an entirely different thing to take be able to take pride in your entire race." "They aren't my race, bunch of sex driven elves who pretend to be all high and noble in front of humans, but are just as much pigs as the humans," Lye said, "Ugly, self worthless creatures." Lye searched through the wardrobe. She was very into dull colors, and some of the dresses were very dull. But they looked plain and peasantry too. Her hand felt across something a soft material. She saw this deep red dress she liked. Though she would go for more dull colors she liked this one. "Are you finding anything that you like Lye?" Incendia asked as she rummaged through her bag for something. "Here it is," Incendia told Lye as she held up a small brown crystal, "It's crystallized ginger, sucking on it might help your seasickness. When I was little my brother would give me some to help with my sea sickness." Lye pulled out the red dress it had golden embroidery on it and it looked actually fairly old. But it was beautiful too. She wasn't use to loud colors like this. All though it was deep red of blood. "This dress...um I was going to take some lova leaves I brought," Lye said, "But I'll take the ginger if it's more effective."
"This dress...um I was going to take some lova leaves I brought, but I'll take the ginger if it's more effective." "That's a nice dress. I don't know how well lova leaves work, but ginger always worked for me. I could make you some tea out of it if you'd prefer that though."
Deathblade went down to the galley and found a few different kinds of food. He grabbed a ham, still raw but Incendia could probably fix that. He also got a tea pot with tea leaves to heat up and cheese along with bread. It was a good meal that pretty much worked on most food groups, but just to add along he also took a couple of apples and some carrots. He returned back upstairs to find Incendia and Lye chatting, which was good at least they weren't at each others throats, at least that's what he assumed would happen. He came over to the bed, "I got some food here," he placed the tray on the table near the wall and taking the ham he came over to Incendia, "mind helping me with this," he said pointing to the ham.
mind helping me with this Incendia stared at the ham for a second before she realized that he wanted her to heat it up. "Oh! I'll cook it," Incendia said as she took the ham from Deathblade. She grabbed the hand by the bone with one hand and spinned it slowly while cooking it with a small fire that she had made in her other hand; she had made herself into a fire and spit. "This should be done in just a minute or two."
Deathblade nodded and looked over to Lye, she found a pretty nice dress, then he looked back to Incendia, "there is also some tea that needs to be heated up as well."
there is also some tea that needs to be heated up as well "Okay, I'll get to that in just a minute when I'm done cooking this. How about you two have some of those apples for now. Leave some for me though."
"Okay, I'll get to that in just a minute when I'm done cooking this. How about you two have some of those apples for now. Leave some for me though." "sounds like a plan," he smiled and went over to the table offering Lye a chair.
After a few minutes out in the sun, the opiums effect had wore off, and Atrius had become bored again. Lucas was nowhere in sight, perhaps having forgotten the issues he ordered. Atrius decided to go back to his room. Perhaps sip a bit more of that sweet opium. Going down the hallway, he heard the 'chrrr' and smelled the smell of ham being cooked in a nearby room. He backtracked until he was in front of the room where the smell was coming from, with the rest of the crew there. "What are you guys doing?"
What are you guys doing? "We're just making ourselves a little meal. The ham ought to be done in just a minute or two. If it's okay with the others we probably have enough ham for another person; of course," Incendia paused as she glared at Atrius for a second, "If you're drunk or high, or plan to be drinking or smoking in here then you'll have to leave."
"That'd be great..." "If you're drunk or high, or plan to be drinking or smoking in here then you'll have to leave." "Why would you think such a thing?" He said, in his best mock offended voice.
OOC:: Sorry I've been gone guys. I'd better reply! IC:: Lucas hadn't forgotten the demands he'd given the crew, and he quickly found himself trying to sail the ship alone. Where on earth had everyone else gone? He could have sworn Atrius had been standing near him moments before, staring into space, and now he, too, had disappeared. "Great . . ." he muttered, whilst doing all the work for his crew and companions. Annaleigh wandered about aimlessly in the ship, trying to find something to do. She only ended up getting herself lost, however. The smell of ham lured her into Incendia's room; everyone seemed to be having a good time, eating and chatting. Anna wouldn't normally take to having a nice conversation, but there was nothing better to do. Leaning against the doorframe, she asked in a timid voice. "Mind if I come in?"
"Mind if I come in?" Deathblade looked up, "not at all, if we need more food I'll simply head towards the galley."
"Mind if I come in?" "Of course not, Anna. I think that the ham is about done too. Would you mind cutting it Deathblade?"
"Of course not, Anna. I think that the ham is about done too. Would you mind cutting it Deathblade?" He grinned, "not at all," taking the ham he placed it on the table and went to the other side of the room, taking his sword from his back he started to cut the ham with accurate cuts.
Lye stared at Death. "You cut ham with a sword," she said almost bewildered. She placed her hand on her hips. Then bit her lip. "And you're probably spreading a million germs on that bacteria, ones that aren't safe to eat,"
"And you're probably spreading a million germs on that bacteria, ones that aren't safe to eat," "My sword is always clean, the only thing to fear from it is death and damnation," Tim continued cutting the ham until it was done, "and there we have it."
"Yeah," Atrius said. "Ham is ham." He picked up one slice of ham and tried it. Some bread would have been nice too.
"And you're probably spreading a million germs on that bacteria, ones that aren't safe to eat," "I trust that Deathblade's blade is safe, but i'd be happy to kill of whatever germs there are with a little heat, if you'd like." Incendia suggested as she picked up a piece of bread, tore a chunk off, and ate it.
OOC: scythe is returning breifly... (hope you dont mind) he has a portal complex, he keeps on stemping into them and getting lost in parralell worlds. oh and i take it your on a boat. IC: The last thing scythe remembered was seeming sinking into the shadows and then nothing, a blur. He remembered fleeting images of fiery realm filled with all sorts of menaces, fighting them off.... And now he was falling, water everywhere. Then deck. Suddenly not falling. Then a bit of ol' pain. Scythe lay flat on the deck, eyes shut tight. He wasn't going to move just yet. His eyes shot open. He smelt ham...
