I'm so proud of Ivan. She managed to reach page 5 without pointing something sharp and deadly at someone... And then the inevitable happened. And, naturemage, if you want it to become a fight scene, PM me and we can work something out. But Ivan probably won't fight unless Kami makes the first move. She just wants the group moving again and will gladly put away the sword when/if everybody chills out (irony? LOL) and starts walking.
Yeah, this is getting intense. Kinda like 3 people with two guns each, all pointing them at one another. lol As for the scene, let me think about how I want to proceed, and we'll see what Earphone does

Hey, that works for me. No one got hurt... yet. Better that Dirk diffused the situation before we started a cat-fight.
Works for me too. My only complaint is that the sword probably wouldn't have shattered; it's certainly stronger than that. (Unless Dirk's ability has some sort of weakening effect on it that I'm not aware of.) But that's just a minor gripe. Other than that, perfect. I don't know if snatching the weapon was the wisest decision (Kami could've gotten hurt or Ivanna could've just made another one and turned on Dirk next) but at least he diffused the situation. And good call bringing in Marty and Cheyenne. Gives us something to focus on besides each other.
I could change it so Dirk throws the sword out of Ivanna's power range, so it disappears, would that be better?
They may warm up to one another eventually. Might even be BFFs by the story's end. That's why I love RPGs; characters change. Or, even if they don't change, they learn how to put up with one another. Yeah, but he doesn't have to toss it out of range. She'd probably "let" it disappear once it's taken away. She wouldn't want someone possibly using her own creations against her. And, sorry, I don't mean to seem nitpicky.
Hey guys, I sadly can't post today since it's my birthday and I have friends coming over, but I'll be posting tomorrow. Also, LTW, Thank you SO much for that excellent break-off for Adelaide. It really helps my next thought process of going back to her mother's house. Something.. interesting will happen, that's for sure. You also might learn something about Adelaide's mother and father ;]
I'm loving the relationship between Ivanna and Kami. It is quite interesting to watch. Question: What should Jess and I do with Avery and Rebecca? Should we just stay in the park till the Trace guy finds us? Or is someone gonna bump into us on the way? Ideas?
I have a question as well: Cyberdark seems to have disappeared on me for good. What should I do? I don't want to just be stuck there...

Looks like Cyberdark is back online; I would just like to remind everyone to let us know if you're going to be gone for a while. We now have a section of story that's behind the others. It's fixable, but irksome. Please PM me if you need to leave so we can compensate, otherwise I'll assume you left and either NPC or kill your character. I will get a post up either tonight or tomorrow; to Jess and Love, where would you say the park is comparatively to the others' location?
LTW was the one who created the park, but from the clues she's put in her posts, I know that it's in the richer side of town and there's a sub-division across the street. Pretty close to the others I suspect. Just be careful, since Avery's still hot.
Yup. I'm thinking they are within walking distance of the park but from where Rebecca and Avery are they can't really hear the gunshots or any other commotion going on over there.
I'm thinking that Alexander and Cody are now headed towards the East (where everyone seems to be). Maybe they can bump into some of your characters. Although be warned: they might have some grey-suits in close pursuit.
