are they gonna come in and attack? wow, this is like X-Men 2, when Stirker's soldiers came in and shot all the mutant pupils, lol. im so excited. xD
jeez i create a bad guy and you guys rolled with it so fast -props to AnonyMouse for the POV moment from the sniper. I think it might help to say that this is more of a mob-built thign and people have ranks. They could be working for the people who want to kill Exceptionals. My idea was that they focused on Gabe (as one of their many projects) to capture him and use his mind control ability to capture more Exceptionals. @AnonyMouse: the idea was that there was one snyper and several thugs to take Gabriel out of the building -so they could break in.
if they break in do they really think they'll standing a chance? lol, we're like the Justice League, haha!
Hey you guys. Just an observation; We're getting way ahead of the story with this little side attack. Earphone still hasn't finished what he planned, with us being in this particular location. Either we should finish this side story in this location or wait for Earphone to catch up. Yes?

I agree with you, LtW. I kind of see this as the characters being paranoid in their own ways. Like how Camille cooks when she's nervous, the rest of you just wanna take charge and fight to do something.
My sentiments exactly, and this is why I've been posting slowly, trying to "put the brakes" on the story, as it were. Doesn't seem to be working, though. :redface: We need to simmer down and give Earphone a chance to catch up and be the awesome GM we all know he can be. Yeah, he's a busy guy, but piling posts on top of posts isn't helping him at all.
ATTENTION RPG-ERs! ok, i just bought a flintstones push-up pop from a passing icecream truck and i scarfed it down and im feeling super energized...so posted a new rpg game that i've been sitting on for a while. not the castle one, i think that one wasn't as well thoughtout as i woudl have liked. its a new one about a police force called Guard Dogs that has fighting mages and people, and all the new cadets are called 'Pups'. if you all would PLEASE do me the honor of readin through my story that would be great! maybe its just the sugar rush, but i think the story is really good. tell me what you think about it even if you dont wanna join, the feedback will be good for me to, so i can grow. just check it out yo!
oh yeahg, and i think we should slow down too, haha...but splitting up and going all over the is gonna be hell on the game cuz lawrence and the othe rguy havn't even gotten done breifing us ont he situation... we should finish the story here at the house, or jus tput it on hold, like anonymous said. :/
i gues sit depends on whoever started the side quest? i thought it was Earphone thats why i went all out and had liriope go craycray, but i guess not. BUT SERIOUSLY, if you guys need a place to pour all your creativity i say go to my new rpg for the time being, check it out and see how you feel about becoming a Pup. edit: also, something unexpected is gonna happen to Liriope...hope you guys are ready for it!
Earphone also does have the mysterious She, who is the current key to Eximius' successes. A fully realized Exceptional with a God complex. I don't think She will have much trouble with the sniper group. Nice, neat, and clean...Done and back on track. Ben just tossed out an option, should the situation happen to go hot. Besides, without Lawrence, no one knows the way through that tunnel system.
@Ex It all started with Gabe's little sniper...and went from there. Besides the cellphone message, their assumptions on these baddies might be all in their heads. Mr. Fix-it mentality.
I would seriously hold off on this side quest. It could pan out to be mass hysteria and the lone sniper. Did anyone bother to check the date and time stamp on the phone message? What if the guy as on a paintball team?
OMG...That would be just about perfect...If they can get a hold of one guy and his weapon, that could explain the other people out and around the Berkley place, while negating the threat, thus putting the story back on line.
