Finally published my children's book this week.

Discussion in 'Marketing' started by Steerpike, Oct 6, 2011.

It is available for Kindle, and it shouldn't be long before I have it for the Nook, Kobo, Sony, and others.

I'm now in the process of trying to figure out how best to market the work. I'll let you guys know how that goes, and if the book starts to get respectable sales numbers, I'll let you guys know what I'm doing in terms of marketing. Should be interesting to see how things go, and whether I can successfully sell the work (and by 'successfully' I do not mean a few sales here and there).

Fantastic! What's the name of the book? I can buy a copy when I get home from work.

Thanks, SilverWolf. I've sold fiction and non-fiction in the past, actually, but this is my first foray into the realm of self-publication :)

Wow, exciting! I'll check it out. I'll also be watching for updates on how things are going and what you've done as far as marketing and platform building.
