Yeah, its for real. You might want to try reading (or writing) a book under minimal lights instead of TV or Internet. Also, for a young person that kind of sleep pattern is really odd. You might want to get your sleep habits checked.

Caleb may have a slight and very temporary woozy feeling but won't notice much else in the real world.
I'm not sure Cole would immediately realize that Caleb was in his head. He thinks he was dreaming, cuz he was-sorta. Cole is pretty level headed and doesn't get pissed easily. But Caleb could piss him off if he continues to insist that he has powers, and that might be fun... His power is mostly sourced in his sub-conscious, so he was having a little trip there and figuratively exploring his power. As you may have noted, it doesn't work on other people.
The others saw what Caleb did though, and Cole may notice that Caleb his wobbling around rubbing his head and the like. you should make Cole comment on it or something. confrontation is fun!
Nice going Lebby, you just totally ruined Cole's life now that he knows he's a freak. Yay for Zergling arms!!
