There's also evidence to suggest that it could be used to treat some of negative aspects of Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as reduce the anxiety associated with body dysphorias. I'm looking for the studies, but it's been a while since I've seen them.

Dreadful breach of janteloven principles, however - yellow card only [first-time offender].

Please everybody , all ‘claims’ within reasonable parameters. Well done @OurJud - never one to ‘out-jump the hill,’ so to speak. Rule Britannia.

Today I was outside and walking two times.

First time I had a walk + did some useful things somewhere. While doing that I listened some tube clips you can find from my progress journal. And of course I made notes to my voice recorder.

Second time was much later. I had a talk&walk with my eldest kid.

I had planned to walk + listen things about scriptwriting + making auditive notes, but kids are more important. If a teen kid wants to walk and talk with dad, then other things fly away. "Oh, you'd like to come too. That's fine."

Both were somewhere near 10 000 steps.

Those two walks are almost everything I have walked today.

Sorrry Rrrabit, but Law of Jante is Scandinavian, not Fennoscandian thing.

Finland is not part of Scandinavia. If and when we hang with our Scandinavian friends, it's Fennoscandian hulabaloo. (Notice: The most important thing - Fenno - first and the rest - Scandinavia - then.)

I can use that yellow card in my structural work, but you must give me much more cards for that. Standard index card size, please.

And here you see what is this almost invisible difference between this Jante Law "let's discutera" and "consensus is everything" attitude and the Finnish way to do things.
