http://www.theverge.com/2015/4/24/8493407/frank-miller-batman-the-dark-knight-returns-dc-comics He's got the support of another...more stable...Eisner award winner writing with him. But I'm not sure how much we can rely on Miller not to completely fuck this up. His first sequel was a commercial and critical flop, and was almost Wachowskian in it's attempt to build on a work that had completely closed on itself. And the last 10 years have kind of unraveled him.
Only his run on Daredevil and the first Dark Knight were his best woooooooooooooorks!!!! No need for another Dark Knight comic
Well there was Sin City which was pretty good. But with 300 Miller kind of revealed that he's a little too into this male power fantasy thing.
