many thanks for your warm welcome. I shall check out the poetry section Mercury and look forward to reading your poem. Is there a way to search the forums for specific words ie grief, bereaved etc?
Yes, click on the 'Links' link, top right under the main banner. 'Search' is on the drop-down menu. Bear in mind that the forum is fairly new, so your search might not turn up much yet. I'm sure, though, that there are some here who would be glad to share their thoughts with you.
