I regret that as a young American, I can't offer you any help in deciding where you want to go (although I have always wanted to go to Ireland). But after seeing this post, I really felt that I had to compliment you on your great English. You're really good! I'm not sure I could learn another language so well at your age.
A few months of english and you're already better than many people I know! Why don't you choose a place with an environment you like best? If I were to choose, I'd pick Ireland for the nature. If you cannot decide, why not just make a lottery out of the choices.
