I'd like to point out only four names are present. Also, what suggestions? Looks like you've got some ideas why not start writing? Just start and don't even bother if its good or bad. Sometimes its best to just start writing away to get the brainstorming juices running.
Summing up your characters in a coupl ewords apiece is a bad start. You immediately trivialize your characters by doing that, and you will have to struggle all the harder to reintroduce complexity and dimension. Work with one at a time, perhaps by working him or her into a scene which his or her actions drive the scene. Get to know them the way you get to know any new person you meet - by seeing them in situations, interacting with others and dealing with problems.
